Where can I find my tracking information?

When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

How long will delivery take?

Our products are fulfilled directly through our supplier partners. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location and carrier processing. Delivery times may vary because of carrier or customs delays.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking information can take a few business days to become active, especially while your package is moving between carriers. If there has been no update after 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
